3. Estimates & Quotes

4. Vehicle Evaluations

Certain repairs require an in-person vehicle evaluation before an accurate estimate or repair plan can be provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle, accident history, existing damage, previous repairs, and insurance claim when applicable.

Online or photograph-based estimates may be revised following physical inspection.

5. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information when scheduling.

Appointment and completion dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances including:

Parts availability

Insurance approvals

Additional damage discovered during repairs

Supplier delays

Paint or material availability

Staffing

Weather

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

6. Repair Authorization

Santa Fe Custom Toys may require customer authorization before beginning repairs.

By approving an estimate or authorizing work, the customer authorizes Santa Fe Custom Toys to perform the agreed services and obtain parts, materials, and labor reasonably necessary to complete those services.

Additional authorization may be requested if previously undiscovered damage or additional necessary work is identified.

7. Insurance Claims

Santa Fe Custom Toys may assist customers with insurance-related collision repairs.

Customers remain responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, deductible, policy limitations, and any amounts not covered by their insurance provider.

Insurance estimates may differ from the actual cost required to properly complete repairs.

When applicable, Santa Fe Custom Toys may communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, or other parties involved in processing a customer's claim.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate vehicle information

Providing accurate contact information

Removing valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle

Disclosing previous accidents or repairs

Disclosing aftermarket modifications

Informing us of known mechanical or electrical problems

Providing relevant insurance information when applicable

Reviewing and approving estimates or repair authorizations

Paying amounts owed according to the agreed terms

Santa Fe Custom Toys is not responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle except where required by applicable law.

9. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions

Vehicles may contain pre-existing conditions unrelated to the services performed.

These may include:

Scratches

Dents

Rock chips

Rust

Corrosion

Paint defects

Clear coat failure

Previous repainting

Previous body repairs

Body filler

Structural damage

Mechanical problems

Electrical problems

Aftermarket modifications

Interior damage

Santa Fe Custom Toys is not responsible for damage or failure caused by pre-existing conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Hidden Damage

Collision damage is not always completely visible before a vehicle is disassembled.

Additional damage may be discovered after repairs begin.

If additional repairs are reasonably necessary, Santa Fe Custom Toys may prepare a supplemental estimate and seek customer or insurance authorization before proceeding with material additional work.
